← Glossary/Decision
Sharing
Giving someone information without trying to steer their choice.
Example
A classmate asks about a new club. You explain its cost, meeting time, and activities, then let them decide whether to join.
How it fits in
Sharing is the least forceful point on the influence spectrum. It can still be helpful because good information makes a choice easier. It becomes persuasion only when you begin recommending an option.
