How requests are handled
Parent requests require an authenticated parent account, platform protections such as App Check, and a verified parent-child linkage before action is taken.
Some rights are fulfilled immediately in product surfaces. Others may require confirmation and follow-up.
Privacy-sensitive actions are logged for audit and compliance purposes.
Response timing
We aim to handle parent rights requests promptly.
Where privacy law requires a formal response window, our maximum target is 30 days.
Deletion requests include a completion confirmation step for the parent account.
