Energy Audit
Track three things that gave you energy and three that drained you in the last day or week.
Example
Yesterday's audit: energised by the football game with friends, the maths puzzle in class, and the walk after dinner. Drained by the noisy bus ride, the long group video call, and a difficult conversation with a sibling.
How it fits in
Most people optimise the inputs (sleep, food, exercise) and ignore the drains. A short audit usually reveals one or two avoidable drains that cost more than any input change would gain. Doing the audit weekly for a month builds a much better map of what your energy actually responds to than a single big effort to 'be healthier'.
