1. Chapter 1: Urgent Is Not Important

   Understand that most pressure decisions are about separating urgent from important, and that the most dangerous mistake under pressure is letting urgency drive the decision instead of importance.

   What you make: A saved triage note sorting four recent demands on the student's time into urgent, important, both, or neither.

2. Chapter 2: The Tight Decision Cycle

   Use a tight decision cycle (observe, orient, decide, act) to avoid freezing when a situation is changing fast, and understand why fast good enough decisions usually beat slow perfect ones under pressure.

   What you make: A saved cycle note walking through one real situation where the student could have used a tight observe-orient-decide-act cycle.

3. Chapter 3: Pre-Committed Triggers

   Learn to write pre-committed action triggers ('if X happens, I will do Y') so you do not have to invent responses in the middle of a stressful moment.

   What you make: A saved trigger note with three 'if X then Y' action triggers for specific stress situations the student might face.

4. Chapter 4: Pressure Decision Plan

   Combine the urgent-important triage, the OODA loop, and the pre-committed triggers into a one page Pressure Decision Plan for one real high stress situation the student might face.

   What you make: A saved one page Pressure Decision Plan for a real upcoming or likely stressful situation with all three parts from the lesson.

5. Chapter 5: Pressure With Other People In The Room

   Apply urgent-important triage, OODA, and pre-committed triggers to a social or team pressure situation where your decision affects other people, not just yourself.

   What you make: A saved Team Pressure Plan for one real social, team, or leadership situation that includes a stakeholder map, a pressure decision cycle, and three pre-committed responses.
