Chapter 1: What Trust Is Built On
Identify the three specific foundations that credibility and trust are built on in real relationships.
What you make: A saved trust foundations note naming the three foundations and one specific person the student trusts, with evidence from each foundation explaining why.
Chapter 2: Evidence, Honesty, Follow-Through
Understand how the three foundations build trust through consistency over time, not through single dramatic actions.
What you make: A saved consistency note describing how the student has been building (or not building) each of the three foundations in one specific relationship over the last few months.
Chapter 3: Trust Break And Repair Cases
Analyse how trust is lost and how it can sometimes be repaired, using the three foundations as the diagnostic tool.
What you make: A saved trust repair case analysis naming what broke, which foundation failed, whether the repair attempt was genuine, and what the student would do differently.
Chapter 4: Credibility Plan
Write a personal credibility plan naming the specific behaviours the student wants to be known for.
What you make: A saved credibility plan with three specific behaviours (one per foundation) the student commits to demonstrating consistently, plus a review schedule.
Chapter 5: Trust Under Pressure
Evaluate how trust should be rebuilt when the stakes are high, the audience is sceptical, and the repair must balance honesty, accountability, and practical constraints.
What you make: A saved trust-under-pressure plan that diagnoses a high-stakes trust break, identifies the repair priorities, and justifies the sequence of actions to rebuild credibility.
