Pattern Review
A short card naming one pattern you want less of, one you want more of, and a small move for each.
Example
Aria's pattern review says: less of scrolling for an hour after school. More of one twenty-minute walk before homework. Trigger for the walk: leaving school. Trigger to interrupt the scroll: putting the phone in another room.
How it fits in
The Pattern Review is the tool you finish A1.3 with. Two well-chosen patterns beat ten vague intentions, because each one comes with a real cue and a realistic next move. Glancing at the card during the week is what makes the patterns actually shift, instead of staying as good ideas.
