Fuel Map
A short card naming what gives you energy, what drains you, and the conditions where you do your best work.
Example
Tariq's fuel map says: I get energy from solving puzzles and from helping other people learn. I get drained by long boring meetings. I work best in the morning, with music on, alone for the first hour.
How it fits in
The Fuel Map is the tool you finish A1.2 with. It is meant to be opened next time someone asks you to take on something new, so you can spot whether the request fits your fuel sources or fights them. Glancing at it for ten seconds usually saves you from saying yes to something that quietly burns you out.
