The small set of choices you make before launch day about who you are reaching and what you are asking them for.
Example
Before her market stall, Nadia decides: badges are for students at her school, she will be at the Saturday market, she is asking for a sale at {money:3|name} each, and she has 40 badges ready if people say yes.
How it fits in
A launch plan is not a document or a countdown. It answers four questions in advance: who is the first person you want, where will you find them on day one, what are you asking for, and can you deliver if they agree. Most first launches fail on the last one, because someone says yes and the founder has nothing to hand over. Deciding these before the day means you are not inventing answers while a stranger waits.
