What happens in this lesson

1. Chapter 1: When Tension Appears

   Recognise common conflict triggers and escalation patterns early, before small tensions become big ones.

   What you make: A saved conflict trigger list naming the learner's two most common triggers and one real recent example of each.

2. Chapter 2: Repair Moves

   Learn three practical repair moves for de-escalating and rebuilding after conflict.

   What you make: A saved repair move toolkit with the learner's own example sentence for each of the three moves.

3. Chapter 3: Difficult Conversation Simulation

   Practise choosing repair moves in a realistic difficult conversation where the stakes are high and the pull to defend is strong.

   What you make: A saved difficult conversation debrief identifying which reflex the learner defaulted to and which repair move would have worked better.

4. Chapter 4: Repair Commitments

   Create two specific Repair Commitments the learner will use the next time real conflict appears.

   What you make: A completed Repair Commitments note with two specific behaviours tied to a specific upcoming relationship or situation.

5. Chapter 5: Repair In Bigger Conflicts

   Apply repair moves to a multi-person conflict and judge when repair, boundary-setting, or escalation to a trusted adult is the right next move.

   What you make: A saved conflict map that identifies the real trigger, the learner's part, the other person's part, and the best next move in a multi-party scenario.
