4. Chapter 4: Listening Reflection

   Create one specific listening habit the learner commits to strengthening this week.

   What you make: A completed Listening Reflection committing to one concrete listening move in one specific upcoming conversation.

5. Chapter 5: Listening When The Stakes Are Higher

   Apply active listening in a high-pressure conversation where the listener has something to defend, and evaluate which listening move best preserves trust and clarity.

   What you make: A saved high-stakes conversation plan showing the learner's first response, paraphrase, and follow-up question in a tense scenario.
