Informative Technologies Private Limited, registered in Singapore (UEN 202603891C) with its registered office at 60 Paya Lebar Road, #06-28, Paya Lebar Square, Singapore 409051, uses limited professional contact information to research and communicate with schools, charities, sponsors, suppliers, delivery partners, and other organisations.
What we collect
We may hold your name, professional role, organisation, work email, work telephone number, professional-language preference, public professional profile link where relevant, the source and date of the information, correspondence, factual meeting notes, next action, relationship stage and outcome, and whether you asked us not to contact you.
We do not intentionally collect home addresses, personal email addresses, personal mobile numbers, private-life information, special-category data, photographs, bought or scraped contact lists, advertising identifiers, invented scores, or any information about a child for this purpose.
Where it comes from
We may obtain the information directly from you or from a public organisational source such as your employer's website, a public event or professional directory, a referral, or ordinary business correspondence. We record the source and retrieval date.
Why we use it
We use the information to identify an appropriate organisational contact, understand whether Informative Academy may be relevant to that organisation, communicate about a possible educational, delivery, sponsorship, supplier, or partnership relationship, manage follow-up, keep accurate business records, and honour objections or unsubscribe requests.
The legal basis depends on the country and communication channel. It may be our legitimate interests in proportionate business development, steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, or consent where local electronic-marketing rules require it. We do not treat a public address as consent where the applicable law requires affirmative consent.
Who receives it
Access is limited to the founder and authorised service providers needed for business records, email, hosting, security, and support. We may disclose information where law requires it or to establish or defend legal claims. We do not sell business contact data or use it to advertise to children.
International processing
We are a Singapore company and our service providers may process information in other countries. Where transfer law requires safeguards, we use the applicable provider and contractual transfer mechanism.
Retention and suppression
We keep an individual business-contact record for 24 months after the last meaningful contact, or for 24 months after collection if no contact occurs. We then delete the person-level material or retain organisation-only information where it remains useful. A minimal suppression record is kept indefinitely when needed to ensure we do not contact you again. It is used only for suppression.
Your choices and rights
You may ask us to stop contacting you at any time, in any words and through any channel. You may also ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our use of your personal data, subject to the law that applies. Email privacy@informative.academy. We may need to verify your identity before responding. You may complain to the data-protection authority that applies where you live.
